    The regional launch builds on Gnani AI’s sovereign AI stack, unveiled in New Delhi, India on 28 August 2026 by Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan, Vice-President of India, and extends it into an ecosystem purpose-built for production – with data residency, language fine-tuning and auditability built in from the ground up for regulated and government workloads in Middle East as well.

    Contact centers across the region face growing pressure to modernize customer experience while meeting compliance requirements that are rarely optional in banking, insurance, healthcare and government sectors. The harder problem isn’t accessing AI – it’s deploying it directly into the CCaaS/CPaaS platforms enterprises already run, fine-tuned to the languages their customers speak.
